Parties and Scope These Terms of Service govern the relationship between salon businesses and their authorized representatives (the "User") who use the CutieCure Salon software (the "Platform") and CutieCure. By registering for or using the Platform, you accept these terms. 2. Description of the Service The Platform provides salon business management tools such as appointment management, customer and service records, staff management and subscription management. The scope of the service may vary depending on the chosen subscription plan. 3. Account and Security The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity carried out through their account. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately to support@cutiecure.app. 4. User Obligations - Ensure that all information entered into the Platform is accurate and up to date. - When entering personal data about their own customers, have the necessary legal basis and, where required, consent to collect and process that data. - Not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to harm the service. 5. Subscription, Fees and Trial Every new salon account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. If no plan is chosen by the end of the trial, the panel becomes read-only and online booking closes; your data is not deleted. Paid plans apply for the selected term (monthly/yearly) and renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; salons in Turkey pay in Turkish lira and salons in other countries pay in US dollars. For sales in Turkey, the Distance Sales Contract, the Pre-information Form and the Cancellation and Refund Policy also apply. Fees and plan scopes may be updated with prior notice. 6. Cancellation and Termination The User may cancel their subscription at any time from the Subscription page. Cancelling stops automatic renewal and access continues until the end of the paid term. CutieCure reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of a breach of these terms. 7. Intellectual Property All software, trademark, design and content rights relating to the Platform belong to CutieCure. The data the User enters into the Platform belongs to the User. 8. Limitation of Liability The Platform is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CutieCure shall not be liable for indirect damages or damages arising from service interruptions. 9. Changes These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the User by reasonable means. 10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over disputes. 11.
