Nail salon software for salons with a team
Once a salon has two or more technicians, booking software has to do three extra jobs: work out availability for each person, decide who gets an "anyone available" booking, and limit what each team member can see and change. CutieCure Salon does this with per-technician availability, roles and permissions, and a performance view for each team member. The Pro plan covers up to 5 team members and Enterprise has no limit, with a flat subscription and no commission on bookings.
Updated
In short
- Clients pick a technician or "anyone available"; open bookings go to the least busy technician who is free for the whole service.
- Each team member has a role (owner, manager or staff) and only the permissions you give them.
- Revenue, appointments, no-show rate, utilization and average ticket for each technician.
- Plans start at $29.99 a month for one person; Pro covers up to 5 team members. The 14-day free trial includes Pro features and needs no card.
What a salon team gets
Availability per technician
A time is offered only when a technician is free for the full length of the service, so two clients cannot book the same person at the same time, and two technicians can take two clients at once.
"Anyone available" bookings
Clients who do not mind who does their nails pick "anyone available". The booking goes to the least busy technician who is free, which spreads new clients across the team.
Roles and permissions
Owner, manager or staff, each with its own switches: manage appointments, clients, services, staff or salon details. A technician can run her day without seeing settings she does not need.
Who takes online bookings
Turn "Takes bookings" off for a receptionist, a trainee or anyone who should not appear on the booking page. At least one person always takes bookings.
Staff performance
For the last 7, 30 or 90 days: completed revenue, appointments, customers served, new customers, no-show rate, utilization and average ticket per technician. Bookings with no technician show on their own line.
One client record for the team
Notes, allergies, past visits and no-shows sit on the client profile, so whoever does the next appointment sees the same history.
Invitations by email
Add a team member with her email address and role. She joins after registering and signs in with her own account.
Booking sources
See whether bookings came from your booking link, your website, the CutieCure app, phone, walk-in or Instagram, for the whole salon.
WhatsApp reminders for every chair
Confirmations and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before go out in the salon's name, whoever the technician is, and clients confirm or cancel with one tap.
Who it is for
- Nail salons with two to five technicians on Pro, or a larger team on Enterprise.
- Owners who want to see revenue and no-shows per technician before talking about pay or targets.
- Salons where some team members should not change prices, services or settings.
Who it is not for
- Chains that want several locations in one account: each salon is set up and billed on its own.
- Salons that want payroll or commission paid out from the booking software. CutieCure Salon shows revenue per technician, but pay is calculated outside it.
- Teams that need card payments, deposits or a POS at the desk: there are no built-in payments.

Questions
How many team members can I add?
One on Basic, up to 5 on Pro and no limit on Enterprise. During the 14-day free trial you can add up to 5. You can change plans from the subscription page in the dashboard.
Can two clients book at the same time with different technicians?
Yes. Availability is worked out per technician, so the same time can be booked once for each technician who is free for the whole service.
Can a technician see the whole salon calendar and client list?
It depends on her permissions. You choose for each team member whether she can manage appointments, clients, services, staff or salon details.
Does it calculate commission for my technicians?
No. It shows completed revenue per technician for the period you pick, which you can use with our free commission calculator or your own spreadsheet. Pay itself is handled outside CutieCure Salon.
What happens to the bookings of someone who leaves?
Her past appointments stay in the history and in the performance view, marked as a former team member. Remove her from the team so she no longer appears on the booking page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial lasts 14 days, needs no card and includes Pro features, so you can invite your team before you choose a plan.
