What it does
Online booking link
Every salon gets its own booking page on salon.cutiecure.app. Put it in your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile or a message, and clients pick a service, a technician and a free slot.
Bookings you confirm
Online bookings arrive as pending, so you decide before the slot is final. Unconfirmed bookings can cancel themselves after 2 to 72 hours, or never; you choose.
Scheduling per technician
Each team member has her own availability. "Anyone available" bookings go to the least busy free technician, and you can switch off online bookings for anyone on the team.
Website booking widget
One script adds a booking window to your own website, limited to the domains you allow, with optional AI hand analysis and virtual nail try-on.
WhatsApp reminders and confirmations
Switch on WhatsApp notifications and clients get messages in your salon's name: a confirmation when you confirm the booking, reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before, and a note if it is cancelled. They can confirm or cancel with one tap, and the answer updates the appointment. Clients on the CutieCure Book app also get push reminders.
Client records and no-shows
Client profiles with contact details, notes and visit history. Mark missed appointments as no-show, and block clients who keep missing them from booking online.
Services, packages and discounts
Packages of two or more services with the saving shown to clients, customer groups such as VIP, and campaign codes with usage limits and end dates.
Reports
Where each booking came from (booking link, website, app, phone, walk-in, Instagram) and staff performance: revenue, appointments, no-show rate, utilization and average ticket.
Apps and languages
Web dashboard, the CutieCure Salon app for iOS and Android (listed in the stores as CutieCure Partner) and the CutieCure Book app for clients. In English, Turkish, French and Portuguese.

Does CutieCure Salon charge a commission on bookings?
No. You pay a monthly subscription. There is no commission or fee per booking, whether the client is new or returning.
Do clients need an app or an account to book?
No. Clients book on your booking link or website widget with their name and phone number. The CutieCure Book app is optional and adds push reminders, your catalog and AI try-on.
Can two clients book the same slot?
No. Availability is calculated per technician and each booking reserves that technician's time, so the same technician cannot be booked twice for the same time.
Does it send appointment reminders?
Yes. With WhatsApp notifications switched on, clients get WhatsApp reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment and can confirm or cancel with one tap. Each plan includes a monthly WhatsApp message allowance. Clients who use the CutieCure Book app also get push reminders. There are no SMS reminders.
Can I take deposits or card payments?
No. There are no built-in card payments, deposits or POS. Clients pay in the salon the way they do today.
Is there a free trial?
