Get ready for bookings in four steps

  1. Add your services

Under Services, add each service with its category, duration and price. Clients choose from this list when they book, and the duration decides how much of the calendar each booking takes.

  2. Check your working hours

Under Settings, set your opening hours and closed days for each weekday. Online bookings only land inside your open hours.

  3. Invite your team

Under Staff, add each team member by email. They receive an invitation and join after registering. Everyone who takes bookings gets their own calendar.

  4. Share your booking link

Copy your booking link from the dashboard and add it to your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile and your WhatsApp messages. Clients book on a web page without signing in.

Online booking and confirmations

  • Your booking link opens a page with your services, team and free times. Clients pick a service, a team member or "anyone available", a date and time, then enter their name and phone number. Email and a note are optional.
  • You can rename the link. The old link keeps redirecting to the new one and no other salon can take it.
  • Online bookings arrive as pending. Confirm them under Appointments. In Settings, under Pending bookings, you can have unconfirmed bookings cancelled automatically after 2 to 72 hours (the client is notified), or never.
  • Add phone, walk-in, WhatsApp or Instagram bookings yourself and pick where they came from. Bookings from your link, your website or the CutieCure app are tagged automatically.
  • To take bookings on your own website as well, add the website booking widget from the dashboard.

WhatsApp confirmations and reminders

  • Turn WhatsApp notifications on in Settings, then choose each message separately: a confirmation when an appointment is created, reminders, and a message when an appointment is cancelled.
  • Choose up to 3 reminder times: 48, 24, 12, 6, 3, 2 or 1 hour before the appointment (24 and 2 hours by default). A booking made after a reminder time skips that reminder.
  • You can also ask clients to answer "I'll be there" or "Can't make it". This request goes out at one of your reminder times; you choose which.
  • Reminder timing and the times in messages follow the time zone in Settings. New salons get the time zone of the device they signed up on; check it if your salon is somewhere else.
  • Messages need a valid phone number on the client record. The client page warns you when a number is missing or invalid.

Clients, groups and no-shows

  • Each client has a record with phone, email, notes, upcoming and past appointments, total spent and last visit.
  • Sort clients into groups such as VIP, regulars or bridal under Customers, Groups.
  • If someone does not show up, block them from online booking from their profile or from the appointment marked as no-show. They see a neutral message asking them to contact you, and you can still book them yourself. You can also block an email address or phone number that has no client record.

Services, packages and campaigns

  • Each service has a name, category, duration, price and optional description. An optional English name is shown to visitors who browse in another language.
  • Packages bundle several services at one price, and clients book them in one go.
  • Under Campaigns, give a client group an automatic discount, or create a campaign code that clients enter when they book online. Each booking gets the single best discount available to that client.

Team, roles and permissions

  • Each team member is an owner, manager or staff member, and you choose what they can do: manage appointments, clients, services, staff or salon details.
  • Turn "Takes bookings" off for team members who should not appear on the booking page. At least one person must take bookings.
  • The team size depends on your plan: 1 team member on Basic, up to 5 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise.

Reviews

  • From a completed appointment, create a review link and send it on WhatsApp or copy it. The client leaves a rating and a comment.
  • To ask clients automatically, switch on Review requests in the WhatsApp settings and choose when it goes out: 1, 2, 3, 6 or 24 hours after the appointment. It goes to clients whose appointment is marked Attended. It is off until you switch it on.
  • Reviews and your average rating are listed under Reviews, and your rating is shown on your booking page.

AI try-on, credits and the customer QR

  • AI features for your clients (virtual nail try-on, nail health and hand analysis) use AI credits. Basic includes 5 credits a month, Pro 20 (adjustable) and Enterprise a custom quota.
  • You can buy one-off credit packs. Monthly credits are spent first, and purchased credits carry over to the next billing period. Credits & Usage shows how many credits each client used.
  • With the customer QR, clients connect to your salon in the CutieCure app by scanning a code. You choose how many AI uses each client gets. Renewing the code stops the old one from working.

Free trial, plans and billing

  • Every new salon starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
  • If you have not chosen a plan when the trial ends, the dashboard becomes read-only and online booking closes. Your data is not deleted, and everything reopens when you choose a plan.
  • Choosing a plan during the trial does not cut it short: the paid period starts when the trial ends.
  • Change your plan or cancel on the Subscription page. After cancelling you keep every feature until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Salons in Turkey pay in Turkish lira and salons in other countries pay in US dollars.
