Nail salon booking app or booking website?

Most new clients book from a link they tap on Instagram, Google or in a message, so the booking page has to work in the browser with no download and no account. An app helps the clients who come back often: push reminders, their history and quicker rebooking. You do not have to choose. CutieCure Salon gives you a booking page and a website widget that need no download, an optional free client app (CutieCure Book) and the CutieCure Salon app for you and your team.

What each part does

  • Booking page (no download)

Your own page on salon.cutiecure.app. Clients pick a service, a technician or "anyone available" and a free time, then book with a name and phone number. It opens in your salon's language and switches to the visitor's if it is English, Turkish, French or Portuguese.

  • Website widget

If you have a website, one script adds a booking window to it, limited to the domains you allow. Clients stay on your site, and the widget can offer AI hand analysis and virtual nail try-on.

  • CutieCure Book client app

A free app for iOS and Android. Clients book with you, get confirmation and reminder notifications, see your catalog and try designs on a photo of their own hand.

  • Customer QR code

Clients scan your salon's QR code to connect to your salon in the app. If the app is not installed, the code sends them to the store first. You choose how many AI uses each client gets.

  • CutieCure Salon app for the team

Confirm, decline and add appointments between clients from iOS or Android (listed in the stores as CutieCure Partner), or from any browser on the web dashboard.

  • Reminders that need no app

WhatsApp confirmations and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before go to every client with a valid phone number, whether they booked on the web or in the app.

  • Where bookings come from

Bookings from your booking link, your website and the CutieCure app are tagged automatically, so you can see which one your clients actually use.

Who it is for

  • Salons whose clients find them on Instagram, Google or WhatsApp and should be able to book from that link straight away.
  • Salons with regulars who would use an app for reminders, rebooking and trying designs.
  • Owners who want to manage bookings from their phone without a computer at the desk.

Who it is not for

  • Salons that want their own app in the stores under the salon's name: CutieCure Book is one shared client app.
  • Salons that expect the client app to bring many new clients on its own: its audience is still small.
  • Salons that need payment or deposits at booking: there are no built-in payments in the page, widget or apps.

Questions

Do clients need to download an app to book?

No. The booking page and the website widget work in the browser, and clients book without an account. The CutieCure Book app is optional.

Is an app or a website better for a nail salon?

For first bookings, a web page wins because clients arrive from a link and will not install an app to book once. For regulars, an app adds reminders and quicker rebooking. Most salons need the web page first and the app as an extra.

Is the client app free?

Yes. CutieCure Book is free for clients on iOS and Android. The salon pays the CutieCure Salon subscription.

Can I get an app with my salon's name in the App Store?

No. Clients use the shared CutieCure Book app and connect to your salon with your QR code or booking link. Your booking page and widget carry your salon's name, services and team.

Do I need a website?

No. Your booking page works on its own. If you already have a website, the widget adds booking to it.

Can I run the salon from my phone?

Yes. The CutieCure Salon app for iOS and Android covers the calendar, confirmations, clients and services, and the web dashboard works in any browser.
