Win-back messages for nail clients who stopped coming
A good win-back message is short, personal and easy to answer: it uses her name, mentions her last service and puts booking one tap away, with no guilt or pressure. Send the first one a few weeks after she would normally have rebooked; the templates below cover short and long gaps, with and without an offer.
Updated
When to send it
- When a regular is a few weeks past her usual refill or maintenance time and has not booked.
- Around 2 to 3 months after the last visit for clients who came less often.
- Once more after about 6 months, then stop: one or two messages are enough.
- If her last visit ended with a complaint, deal with that personally first, before any friendly "we miss you".

Tips for writing it
- Write as yourself, with her name and her last service; a message that looks like a mass send is easy to ignore.
- Make the next step tiny: a booking link or "reply with a day".
- Keep offers for the longer gaps and give them an end date, so regulars do not learn to wait for a discount.
- Only message clients who agreed to hear from you, and stop as soon as someone asks you to.
In CutieCure Salon
CutieCure Salon does not send win-back messages for you, but client records show each client's visit history and last visit, so you can find who hasn't been back and write to her yourself. If you want to add an offer, you can create a discount code with dates and a usage limit.
Questions
When does a nail client count as lost?
There is no fixed rule. Compare the gap with her usual rhythm: a client who rebooked every 3 weeks is overdue after 5 or 6, while one who came every few months is not.
Should a win-back message include a discount?
Not always. Start with a friendly message and a booking link; keep an offer with an end date for clients who have been away for months.
How many win-back messages should I send?
One or two. If she does not answer the second one, leave it; she knows where to find you.
