Messages to fill a last-minute nail appointment
A good last-minute slot message gives the exact day and time, the services that fit in it and one way to grab it, such as replying or booking through your link. Send it personally to a few regulars who could use it, and post it as a WhatsApp status or Instagram story for everyone else.
Updated
When to send it
- Right after a cancellation frees a slot, while there is still time for someone to change her plans.
- In the morning for a slot the same afternoon, or the evening before for a slot tomorrow.
- To regulars who are due for a refill or who have told you they like short-notice slots.
- Not to the same client every time a slot opens; rotate who you ask.

Tips for writing it
- Say which services fit the slot. A 45-minute gap is not a full set, and saying so saves a disappointed reply.
- Name a clear way to grab it, one link or "reply YES", and say first come, first served.
- Do not discount every last-minute slot; clients learn to wait for the deal. Keep any discount rare and small.
- Once the slot is taken, update your status or story so nobody messages for a time that is gone.
In CutieCure Salon
Put your CutieCure Salon online booking link in the message or story: it shows only the times that are still free, so a client can grab the slot herself. Bookings arrive as pending for you to confirm, so keep an eye on them. Client records show each client's last visit, which helps you see which regulars are due.
Questions
How do I fill a last-minute cancellation at my nail salon?
Message a few regulars who are due for a visit, then post the slot as a WhatsApp status or Instagram story with the exact time and a way to book. The sooner you post, the better your chances.
Should I offer a discount for a last-minute slot?
Not by default. A free slot at short notice is already useful for many clients; regular discounts teach clients to wait instead of booking ahead.
Should I message clients one by one or post a status?
Both. A personal message to two or three regulars feels like a favour; a status or story reaches everyone else without messaging people who did not ask.
