Birthday messages for nail salon clients
A good birthday message for a nail client is a short, personal wish with her name, sent on the day, and any offer comes with a clear code and end date. Keep it light: the wish matters more than the discount, and one message is enough.
Updated
When to send it
- On the morning of her birthday, at a normal hour, so it is one of the first wishes she sees.
- A week before, if the offer is a "fresh nails for your birthday" treat she may want to book ahead.
- Only to clients who gave you their birthday and are happy to hear from you.
- A day or two late if you missed it; a belated wish is still better than none.

Tips for writing it
- Ask for the birthday on your consultation form and say why: "so we can send you a birthday wish". Day and month are enough.
- If you include an offer, give one code, one value and one end date; vague "special offers" get ignored.
- Sign it with the tech's name for regulars; a wish from a person beats one from a brand.
- Send it once. A reminder about an unused birthday code is fine; three messages are not.
In CutieCure Salon
CutieCure Salon does not send birthday messages for you, but you can create a discount code with a start and end date, a usage limit and, if you like, only for certain services. Clients can enter the code when they book online, and client notes are a place to write down a birthday a client shared with you.
Questions
Should a birthday message include a discount?
It can, but it does not have to. A warm wish on its own works; if you add an offer, keep it small, give a code and an end date, and make it easy to book.
How do I know my clients' birthdays?
Ask on your consultation form or at the first visit, and only keep it if she agrees. Day and month are enough; you do not need the year.
How long should a birthday offer be valid?
Long enough to book a visit, for example the whole birthday month or a few weeks. Too short feels like pressure; no end date means it is easy to forget.
