Nail appointment reminder text templates
A good nail appointment reminder names the client, the service, the day and the exact time, and tells her how to cancel or move it. Send one the day before and a short one a few hours before; the templates below cover both, plus versions that ask her to confirm.
Updated
When to send it
- The day before, in the afternoon, so there is still time to refill the slot if she cancels.
- A few hours before, as a short nudge, especially for morning appointments.
- A few days ahead as well for long services such as a full set or nail art, or bookings made weeks in advance.
- Not late at night or very early in the morning: send within your opening hours.

Tips for writing it
- Put the day and time near the start; many clients only read the preview.
- Always give one simple way to cancel. A cancellation the day before is a slot you can resell; a no-show is not.
- Keep the same sender name every time, so clients recognise the salon.
- Do not send the same reminder twice from two channels; pick WhatsApp or text.
In CutieCure Salon
CutieCure Salon can send these reminders on WhatsApp for you, in your salon's name. You choose up to 3 reminder times per appointment, from 48 hours to 1 hour before (24 hours and 2 hours by default), and one of them can carry the "I'll be there / Can't make it" question; the answer updates the appointment.
Questions
When should a nail salon send appointment reminders?
The day before and a few hours before work for most salons. Add one a few days ahead for long services or bookings made far in advance.
Should the reminder ask the client to confirm?
Yes, if you can act on the answer. A confirm question turns silent no-shows into early cancellations you can refill.
What should a reminder message include?
The client's name, the service, the day and time, the salon name or address, and how to cancel or move the appointment.
