Nail appointment confirmation message templates

A booking confirmation tells the client her appointment is set: the service, the day, the exact time, who will do her nails and where. Send it right after she books, keep it short, and add one line on how to change or cancel; the templates below cover the usual cases.

Updated

When to send it

  • Right after the booking is made, while the client still has the conversation open.
  • When you accept a booking request that came in online or by message.
  • After any change to the day, time or service, so she always has the latest details in writing.
  • For bookings made far in advance, together with a note that a reminder will follow closer to the day.

Templates to copy

Replace the parts in {curly braces} before sending.

  1. Standard confirmation

Hi {name}, you're booked! {service} at {salon} on {day} at {time}. If anything changes, just reply to this message. See you soon!

  2. First visit

Hi {name}, thank you for booking with us! Your first appointment: {service} with {technician} on {day} at {time}. Address: {address} ({map link}). Please come with clean nails, no polish if possible. Looking forward to meeting you!

  3. Online request accepted

Hi {name}, good news: your booking request is confirmed. {service} on {day} at {time} at {salon}. If you need a different time, reply here and we'll find one.

  4. With your policy

Hi {name}, your {service} is confirmed for {day} at {time}. If you need to cancel or move it, please let us know at least {hours} hours before, so we can offer the slot to another client. Thank you!

  5. Changed appointment

Hi {name}, your appointment has been moved. New time: {service} on {day} at {time}. Your old slot is cancelled, so no need to do anything else. See you then!

Tips for writing it

  • Write the day as a word and a date ("Friday 14 March"), not just "Friday", to avoid mix-ups.
  • Put the service and the length if it is long, so she can plan her day.
  • Mention your cancellation rule once, kindly, here; then you can point back to it later.
  • Send the address and a map link for first visits only; regulars do not need it each time.

In CutieCure Salon

CutieCure Salon can send the booking confirmation on WhatsApp for you, in your salon's name, as soon as an appointment is created. Questions

What should a booking confirmation include?

The client's name, the service, the day and date, the exact time, the salon name or address, and how to change or cancel.

Is a confirmation the same as a reminder?

No. The confirmation goes out when she books and proves the appointment is set; the reminder goes out shortly before the day. Sending both is the clearest setup.

Should I put my cancellation policy in the confirmation?

Yes, one short line is enough. The client sees it before she can forget the appointment, and it is in writing if you ever need to refer to it.
