Replies for clients who ask about prices and availability

When a client asks "how much?", give her the price or a clear price range in the first line, then ask one question about what she wants and offer two concrete times. A reply that ends with a time to choose turns a price question into a booking; the templates below show how.

Updated

When to send it

  • As soon as you can: a client who asks several salons often books with the first one that answers clearly.
  • When someone writes just "price?" or "how much for gel?" in your DMs or on WhatsApp.
  • When she sends a photo of a design and asks what it would cost.
  • The next day, once, with a short follow-up if she read your reply but did not answer.

Templates to copy

Replace the parts in {curly braces} before sending.

  1. Simple price question

Hi {name}, thanks for your message! {service} is {price} and takes about {duration}. I have {day} at {time} or {day 2} at {time 2} free this week. Would one of those work for you?

  2. Price depends on the design

Hi {name}! {service} starts at {price}; the final price depends on the length and the design. Could you send me a photo of what you have in mind? Then I can give you the exact price and a time.

  3. Just "price?"

    Hi, thanks for writing! Our prices: {service 1} {price 1}, {service 2} {price 2}, {service 3} {price 3}. Which one are you thinking of? I can tell you the next free times.

  4. With booking link

Hi {name}, {service} is {price}. You can see all our free times and book directly here: {booking link}. If you'd rather I book it for you, just tell me the day that suits you.

  5. No slots soon

Hi {name}, {service} is {price}. This week is fully booked, but I have {day} at {time} next week. Shall I hold it for you? If anything opens up earlier, I'll let you know.

  6. Follow-up next day

Hi {name}, just checking in about your {service}: {day} at {time} is still free. Should I book it for you?

Tips for writing it

  • Give a price, not "send me a DM" or "it depends". If it depends, give a "from" price and the one detail you need.
  • Ask only one question per message; a list of questions often goes unanswered.
  • Offer two specific times instead of "when would you like to come?".
  • Keep a saved reply with your main prices so you can answer in seconds, and update it when prices change.

In CutieCure Salon

CutieCure Salon gives you an online booking link and a website widget you can paste into your reply, so the client can pick a free time herself. Bookings made there arrive as pending for you to confirm.

Questions

Should I give prices in DMs or ask the client to call?

Give them in the message. Clients who ask by message usually want an answer by message, and a clear price with a time to book is the shortest path to an appointment.

What if the price depends on the design?

Give a "from" price and ask for a photo of the design. Then send the exact price together with two free times.

How do I reply when someone writes only "price?"

Thank her, list your main services with prices in one short line, and ask which one she is interested in.
